Leonard Dumea, MD
Co-Founder & CEO
After graduating from medical school, Leonard worked in various fields like design, software development, and healthcare. His broad expertise spans the areas of business development and operations, sales and marketing strategies, medical devices, and he has built strong foundations for several companies.
He used his extensive experience in entrepreneurship to cofound Synens with the goal of becoming the leading healthtech in drug of abuse screening solutions.
Katinka Stuber
Product Innovation Manager
Katinka is a master at managing product innovation. She holds a strong educational background in Health Care Management and Science, acquired in Germany. Katinka also honed her visions and skills in Health Care management by working for German and Swiss businesses.
She perfectly knows how to coordinate multicultural teams, by constantly adapting to environmental changes. With such a diversified career path, Katinka brings to Synens a vision that goes beyond borders.
Melania Miron, PhD
Research Manager
Melania has been studying science for years to finally become an expert in Material Chemistry and Biology. She has many achievements in the science field, notably concerning protein-surface interactions, bacteriological tests and material characterization. Melania is an inquisitive discoverer who applies her curiosity in the laboratory.
Equipped with a double Master in Material Science from the University of Poitiers and a PhD in Material Chemistry from the Institute of Materials Science of Mulhouse, she now manages and directs the research for Synens with a broad vision.
